What We See

What We See is a public participatory sculpture that invites visitors and passersby to investigate and discover a hidden design within the artwork. In this regard, What We See is an analog interactive installation. The sculpture is representative of how neighbourhoods and communities are made up of numerous personal moments and stories but as a collective, these stories tend to gravitate around neighbourhood and community landmarks. In this case, it’s the revelation of the hidden design. By designing a public art piece that encourages curiosity and exploration, I hope it invites the public to consider and discover new relationships with their communities and public spaces.
